Checkin Policy:
As a precautionary measure for an emergency situation and due to insurance, liability and maximum occupancy issues; absolutely no additional guests are allowed. Renters are required to inform Judy's Cottage Rentals of the total number of persons in your party and additional over party limit fees may be incurred.
Due to insurance and liability issues, please do not enter cabins prior to check in date. Any violations of this policy will be considered trespassing and violators will be prosecuted.
