Weekdays, Mon - Thur: $140 per Night
Weekends, Fri - Sun: $165 per Night
Judy's Carriage House
1 bedroom, 2 bath:
Weekdays, Mon - Thur: $120 per Night
Weekends, Fri - Sun: $145 per Night
Check-in times: 3:00pm - Check-out times: 12:00 noon
Cancellation Policy:
10% Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made 7 or more days before your check in date or you can reschedule your reservation for no cancellation fee.
20% Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days before your check in date.
1 night stay fee, or 30% fee, whichever is more, applies to any cancellation made within 48 hours of your check in time. Sorry, no refunds or discounts for early departures.
Rescheduling Policy:
One time courtesy rescheduling of reservations for no additional fee if reservation is rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to check in date. Any additional changes will incur a $25 processing fee per change plus applicable taxes.
Checkin Policy:
As a precautionary measure for an emergency situation and due to insurance, liability and maximum occupancy issues; absolutely no additional guests are allowed. Renters are required to inform Judy's Rentals of the total number of persons in your party and additional over party limit fees may be incurred.
